Acupuncture
Cosmetic Acupuncture
Acupuncture therapy involves the insertion of extremely thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body to produce powerful therapeutic effects. Stimulation of acupuncture points promotes the harmonious flow of qi, or energy, throughout the body. Regulation of qi initiates a complex cascade of subtle but powerful neural, vascular, endocrine, lymphatic, and immunological responses.
"Beauty is not in the face; beauty is a light in the heart." Kahlil Gibran
Cosmetic acupuncture revitalizes and nourishes the skin naturally. The insertion of tiny needles in specific points found on the face kickstarts a healing cascade that increases blood flow and the production of collagen and elastin. The result is fresh, healthy looking skin with a visible lift and a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles.
Cupping
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Cupping is one of the oldest and most widely used therapies in the world. Using either heat or suction a negative pressure, or vacuum, is formed inside the cup which lifts tissue upwards. This suction provides a gentle myofascial release, relieves adhesions, increases blood flow, engages the parasympathetic nervous system, and encourages the release of waste and toxins.

Herbal Medicine has deep roots in all cultures world wide. Following the rich diagnostic philosophy and guiding principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, botanicals, minerals and even animals, are utilized to counteract disfunction in the body in order to restore the homeostatic balance of health. We coevolved with plants and the use of herbal medicine can help us thrive
